When you have damaged tiles, a rule of thumb, when I go to a client’s home. If the grout is missing, cracked or voids, what I usually do is do a knock test that usually tells you the tiles are shifting from the subfloor. When we do have clients that have crack tiles, usually what were called teeter tottering, it shifts the tiles and you could crack it in a particular area of the tile.

We are not a tile company. However, we do offer a great service of two things. If the tile is just loose, we could do a bonding process. If the tile is actually cracked, there’s not really a good way to put the crack back together with any kind of repair process. If you do have the tile, a new tile, we could replace that tile.
